2022 Caella Sauvignon Blanc

The grapes for this wine were sourced from Ventucopa, California at the Santa Barbara Pistachio Company, which is owned and operated by the Zannon Family since it began pre-1995. The grapes were harvested during the heat wave at the end of September 2022 which yielded a less grassy and mineral forward Sauvignon Blanc. This heat wave led to the more tropical fruit flavors of pineapple, melon, pear or apple, and stone fruits present in this 2022 vintage.

Pairs well with delicate fish, oysters, and green vegetables.
