The grapes for this wine were sourced from Ventucopa, California at the Santa Barbara Pistachio Company, which is owned and operated by the Zannon Family since it began pre 1995. The grapes were harvested during the heat wave at the end of September 2022 which yeilded a less grassy and mineral foward Sauvignon Blanc. This heat wave led to the more tropical fruit flavors of pineapple, melon, pear or apple, and stone fruits present in this 2022 vintage.

Wine Enthusiast’s Matt Kettman writes: “This is a bolder style of Sauvignon Blanc, with peach and even oak aromas making for a denser expression. There's a waxy texture to the creamy palate, where lemon curd and lime zest flavors align.”
